Pick Up Policy

Pickup Time: All orders must be picked up on the scheduled date and time selected at checkout. Fresh treats don’t like to wait!
Running Late? Life happens—just give us a heads-up if you’re running behind.
Missed Pickups: Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe may need to be forfeited or rescheduled with a fee, since our cakes and treats are made fresh and don’t have a short shelf life.
Changes & Cancellations: Please request any pickup changes at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
After Pickup: Once your goodies leave the bakery, we’re not responsible for damage, melting, or crumbs caused by weather, travel, or excited paws.
Storage Tips: Follow the provided storage instructions so your pup can enjoy every bite at their best!
Bring Your Pup! Dogs are welcome at pickup—we’d love to meet the good dog we baked for!
